When doubt lingers too long… the stink is awful.
How many people are held back from awesomeness by their own doubt? A lot, right? It’s a lot. Doubt is so normal we eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Let’s have something fresh.

Enjoy your best season with the key to delight.
Do you know what you want? I’ll bet I do; pure, uncomplicated delight. Tell me that doesn’t sound just right. After quarantine, politics, global shifts, tirades and rifts, can we just have simplicity and fun?

Imagination will set you free.
Do you ever dread making changes or setting goals? It’s more daunting than we like to admit, even to ourselves. The status quo is familiar, and we like that comfort. But goal-based changes don’t have to be dreadful. By using your imagination, growth is fun and easy. Imagine that!

The reason behind your action leads to misery or joy.
We are an action-oriented culture. Getting things done is akin to earning your right to live. It’s easy to base our self-worth on what we’ve accomplished that day. But checklists and schedules aren’t the ultimate boss. Getting a lot done doesn’t matter, unless we’re acting in sync with the Holy Spirit.

Avoid this sad, common mistake
What are you being pulled toward?
When the winds of change blow, there is only one way to go.
About 60% of our entire physical body is water. Our brain is 75% water, and our blood is 83% water. Isaac Newton believed the moon affects the water in our bodies.

Need a kick of energy? Tap your feet to a new beat.
How much time and energy do we spend trying to control things? A lot, my friend. We live by the rhythm of control, and its pace is relentless. If you end the day exhausted and unfulfilled, wanting control got the best of you. I can relate.

World getting hectic? You matter & you’re needed.
Do you ever feel unheard, unseen or unappreciated? Like maybe what you do just doesn’t matter? After 15 years of life coaching, I’m certain the most overlooked need we have is to know we matter.

Zero regrets life
Buh Bye, regret.
Everyone wants to live without regret. My grandmother is about to turn 100. She has no regrets. I recently asked her how she made it happen. Here it is, in three steps.
Step 1: Don’t just be open to change, chase it. Every day. Routine has its place, but lulls us to sleep. Stay awake by changing. Do the unexpected in both dramatic and inconsequential ways. If your day/week/year looks too predictable, change something. It’ll serve as a caffeine jolt for the soul.

Breaking into clarity
Breaking into clarity
Are you at your breaking point, and there’s only so much more you can take? Sometimes it feels like we live here.
As tough as it is, breaking brings power, clarity and peace. You don’t even have to “stay positive” for it all to work in your favor.
