Avoid this sad, common mistake

What are you being pulled toward?

When the winds of change blow, there is only one way to go.

About 60% of our entire physical body is water. Our brain is 75% water, and our blood is 83% water. Isaac Newton believed the moon affects the water in our bodies.

Who cares though, right? (Percentages, science, blah blah.) Our body, mind and heart move to the rhythm of change. Gravitational pull is as real as it gets. One of the saddest things I hear people describe is feeling pulled toward a change, but not taking action.

Why do we avoid change? Because there’s enough change already. The world is crazy, even post-pandemic. Change is not the feeling de jour that we’re looking for. I’ll take some comfort and stability please! The thing is, it’s not really our choice.

Your heart, mind and body are pulled by God’s universal forces. Oceans know when tides should change, and we know it too. When you feel the tug, be it soul whispers or shouts, follow. Allow yourself to go where holy winds are pulling you. Take the action of change you’re being guided toward. Like a kite, catch the gust, and see how high you’ll fly.

Fly high, Soulshine. The winds are in your favor.

xo, Amanda
