Breaking into clarity

Are you at your breaking point, and there’s only so much more you can take? Sometimes it feels like we live here.

As tough as it is, breaking brings power, clarity and peace. You don’t even have to “stay positive” for it all to work in your favor. 

President Zelensky and his country are at a breaking point. Job with the locusts broke down, many times. Joan of Arc chose a pyre over disavowing God. 

Zelensky, Job and Joan command darkness away. They insist, defiantly, on love’s ultimate power over cruelty’s darkness.

Empowered, you aren’t a victim. Things break off, but they won’t break you. Not the little things, not the big things. What breaks away creates space for new possibilities. 

God’s grace shines through your struggle. Let it bring peace to your mind and spirit. What you stand for eclipses what must fall away. In your truth and power are insights and miracles of wonder. 

Wars will rage and pyres burn. Your breaking points will come. When they do, insist on what you know to be true. God’s with you. Whatever happens, nothing breaks that unrelenting grace.
